I trully feel like I'm ahead of the game. I don't want to jinx myself though.<br /><br />Here's some of the recent checks! =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Flowergirl Dresses</u></strong><br />We finally have both of our flowergirl dresses purchased. Makayla is in pink and Ember will be in white with a pink sash..I think I want to add a flower to it too, but here they are. =)<br /><br />Ember's is from Davids Bridal and it is white with pickups. It's so pretty..can't wait til it comes in. Though the delivery date makes us all a little nervous: July 26, 2010. Ahh!<br /><br />Makayla's we got at the Burlington Coat Factory..<br /></div><div align="center"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470139636043655762" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhv4nojd9QXh7anRSLxqf5negixhp8rdMZBYHboQNmPo1-OMzBAaJgenIV8zuGGG9JXI159jdhZoWHAxPpOHkShO8L4sQiq3Utleh2P6TpdzsVJ53aIjB6QiBeXvDGOllFzrLodDy-qLJU/s320/flowergirl1.jpg" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470139633239525170" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirfZ3Ijs9IRjsS5CATxI8f1TDJR-qpEWgfRZrI_6ntd5FDTnIR8_NWK9I9qa-91_yG7pBshP2gOIAYXQp5sNBIVPz8zBCasjByaxkwhe0Sd07o31dmIue7scsLYjt02hthS_Ix4JZgvT4/s320/flowergirl2.jpg" border="0" /><br />So check!! =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Tuxes<br /></u></strong>Josh, groomsman, my dad, and grandfather are all fitted for their tuxes. All that's left is Josh's dad and Dustin, our ringbearer, who can't get fitted until the beginning of July.<br /><br />Check and Check! =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Tablerunners<br /></u></strong>They are DONE! D. O. N. E. I can't believe it. Also the pink one's I ordered off theknot.com's wedding classifieds are in. I plan to use them to swag across the head table, cake table, and entrance.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470142778382171842" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgHARHIX0K9vJjsZVNzBwx_r4bX4ilyBqsHqLdaY3-f-oRyj-7JQc7zY7W1IH_XV_ObWpx5ZgFxSha5JoQovDlJ_AK01mNUimpu8r6EE05Hqy8wR5Ze2hcR51zp2UkuTu2jrN1rXoP5g_o/s320/100_2142.JPG" border="0" /><br />Check, Check, Check!! =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Escort Cards<br /></u></strong>The half that we can do is done. We can only do the numbers on one side until we get the rsvp's back and get the table seating figured out. Josh had helped with these a lot. =)<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470142807436956530" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwb7a_E-uDwxnqBix-OGfgdjvrbJ8WmZA2IEeJupBub-jiDnVUM9J_QY7qCQ89dzYAwyIWsVTq3-ZvE6lJXxEokRNAwl2hoeyQEevDIQYNTHA17IpV5_O4u-nmQdA31xzLmJPhKce1IMQ/s320/100_2143.JPG" border="0" /></div></div></div></div></div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470142796453728754" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1G5uCXE2oDYbNt6HsNcYnnmpWVqgv4ClAsVLd_6kli1WvntMOwYwdYsuoz8Zn-6unoI1NMfakgSjWSyU40RyXe-7zMHaIrlVv2j8glUgmIAibMf-85Te4pPgTKa55q1MzKSpGf5VcOUw/s320/100_2135.JPG" border="0" /><br />So I'm considering this a check.<br />Check, check, check, and check!! =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Money Bag<br /></u></strong>This was just a quick sew after I completed the table runners, but I'm so happy with how it turned out. Though the $ dance doesn't go over well on theknot.com and other places it's a tradition and it's so much fun in my own opinion. I've always loved folding my dollar up into some kind of shape (a crane now..how appropriate ;) and going round and round dancing with the bride. It's a blast.<br /><br />Here it is..<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470142783717259074" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 241px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4SGEHf-4Xbd1YgNzv_uGuBJIEis6yDFOCjELHlOWl07wqaAb9IqBKyPDQdHJh3Gyjg6VNcRdKUsUKEOkmjPNRdsIe-UdxMvDWSsphauqhmAB2_OmGvB2IjLjnKYpgJqCbVTvCCbwkE_s/s320/100_2150.JPG" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470142788673267122" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 241px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPacH0oiTyrw16kGq1NrDVC6f7-4EoxE5aFJA-k3dnsnUVFVmBc7PxIsZyj9L6wcBW9TDw5QEc31BvrFtcjsi4EhE42Jv-LwW5kH33lcr68ZT1eF9EeLM2K7xkW2xEuJArvYFqwUeXqqg/s320/100_2153.JPG" border="0" /><br />Check, check, check, check, and check!! =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Invitations<br /></u></strong>I can not believe these are completed. I'm blown away by it. I started at the end of December and finished early May. It rained earlier in the day and cleared up toward the end it was a perfect day for a "shower"<br /><br />I'll post more pics when I get them all back, but for now the ones I have will have to do.<br /><br />In attendance I'd say there were about 50 or so women there it was great to see everyone and meet some of Josh's family who I did not know yet.<br /><br />Everything became a lot more REAL there. I successfully made Aleece cry as well as many other women in the room. I guess the speech I did came out alright afterall.<br /><br />So here's how it all went down.<br /><br />I arrived with my mom and we helped to finish setting what was left to set up. From there as everyone came in they were to sign into the guestbook, drop there recipe for me in a basket, and then take there tickets to enter in the chinese auction for 13 different themed baskets. As the shower went on we pulled a ticket and a guest won the basket. We did this instead of the games and I think it turned out wonderfully. =)<br /><br />When I walked in though the first thing I noticed was the clothesline above the head table with multiple pairs of undies hanging from it, hahaha! I guess there's a poem or a game to go with it, but Aleece just wanted to use it for decoration. It was definitely a coversation piece, haha!<br /></div><div align="center"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470062546939574322" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWZjGv-vQMvnse_KaSLvn_wp41jD6a4Mn2YeLaM69o73fjHHP5HQlBytcJPZz5PPRRBXuTIW0ueCxMN_Ku4WYWySQI-Q9-_1Gbn0KbLON8AEg3fwWuJgpv7AcmdWDrU2NQO9ndxHGx7NE/s320/100_1986.JPG" border="0" /> <span style="font-size:85%;">Yes, there's even a pair on my chair, haha<br /></span><br />From there Aleece made her little introduction speech and we all began eating. There was SO much food and it was all so good. Speaking of food the favors for each guest were so yummy. They had a truffle, pretzels with rollos melted in them, peanut butter balls with chocolate, and a strawberry dipped in white chocolate. So yummy!<br /><br />The centerpieces were "flower pots" and they had "flowers" (cupcakes iced to look like flowers). Each guest also had a callalily at their place setting and they were to remove the cupcake to eat and replace it with the callalily after they wrote advice for Josh and I on it. So I then had advice bouquets. It was really cute and I loved reading all of them at the end of the shower. A lot of them made me laugh. =)<br /><br />Mid-lunch? Josh comes in carrying a vase with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. It was so sweet and everyone "Awwwwww'd" even though Josh didn't want them to. Hehe, it was really cute. =)<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470062572145009490" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZgpYDBIIXf5WVU66lq8LRxZQ5tHY4-FozTmQNV9CSAH2zqwXt_yesfc8NYpRFmB90CcLj8orHlB4da1tc3kTrr0nnx_33WPZhXbTv601eDLzl4_nPDMxSwyUinnX_BFtoe-fNHQCNeR8/s320/100_1992.JPG" border="0" /><br />After everyone ate I began my speeches and introduced my flowergirls as well as my bridesmaids. I had previously made jewelry for each of them and handed these out as well. From what I could tell they all loved them.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470062577159868882" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmCg461xypkIPoJemPoruDnKIaV_49dSCGkE1q2i1Vz1UKAnFKTfSou2ikjcH63nGBMLYIK1fIuOEXN5iqmmHWiTANY-nww1vVWV1JnGnZpJ-oMWZVP9BDMuYJ7ZujwYOEi8_u6jil9uM/s320/100_1996.JPG" border="0" /> <span style="font-size:85%;">One of our flowergirls: Makayla =)<br /></span><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470064532500867282" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgorqblQ5mTBAtZKKBIj1WzQ7aCCLi5cnvbhhuxqZM8pieuu-6mC7_fkVkGkmvnM56OMFIo_3lHkx5rZmqIUplj0t6IUG8P831ObEGALCaPRBufVZ4nrqNAIV8ZI9wTIEknE334xZ-OjMU/s320/100_1999.JPG" border="0" /> <span style="font-size:85%;">Our other flowergirl: Ember =)<br /></span><br />I then gave Aleece her MOH specific gift and I'm pretty sure she loved it too. Tomorrow is the 1st day of May. Holy shat!!<br /><br />The best part of that?..my Bridal Shower is Sunday!! =) I can't wait! It's looking like it's going to be a pretty big thing..I'm so excited to see everyone!! Yay!<br /><br />Alright well I'm just about done with the table runners..3 more to go, meaning 25 are done. Woot! Oo and I order pink ones for the head table and wherever else we need them.<br /><br />Josh finished our card box forever ago, but I finally got pictures into it. Procrastination? I think so. =)<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470052540425022434" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvDkkri6E7G4CZND1VvKigHFnLbq-z09S0lBuM7O0RZOaYrxzfFN8QpRQQCN7RrPVFYVtOwFBqQ7g7Ghy9ixmWNZVRozlpKq7eO3La007z1RsczTV3U54A0sQzIWKy4p-srwnG77SCZSU/s320/cardbox2.jpg" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470052533417235842" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTOu1J1HoCQvgzMrni15ara5U4G4gUggz7LU7FCaMcQb5jU-aPwVpv0prA2E_VqTKnYscvrdu3Y0GgS89CLhSVWu3-jpu0CEh7lmK7NUjRN-Lq5hG8gvXzhSbKws1TcWThKYuDyI1c5ls/s320/cardbox.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><br />On a pretty upsetting note? My videographer is not a videographer fulltime and he got a new job at a country club where he's a chef and must work the weddings. Of course there is one scheduled the same day as ours. =( However, I'm keeping my head up and Josh said he will handle it and we will find someone just as good if not better. So..I'm not stressing over it. =)<br /><br />We decided awhile back and I'm not sure I posted it yet, but we're going to do a balloon realease at the ceremony. After we are announced as husband and wife and begin the recessional our family and friends will release they're biodegradable balloons as we pass by. On it will be a business card with an address to send back to if someone finds it. We could get one a week from the wedding or 5 years, who knows. I'm excited about this fun detail.<br /><br />I recieved our custom stamps and went and weighed our completed invites. It past the 44 cent weighing and the "fat" test so we're good to go with just the 44 cent stamps..woohoo!!<br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470052549202170146" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoss1aFRfkzeBJqfojFbqniXfUjE9edblsl0UD-QSfRI2bBLQpfGqCQeIr3h1H-IK3v41uygors2x4K4F3IKN788nPq3q_ST1Biu3LDsguqfg6g1xs8kRrUoneLfibGEl7ncoiUBH73es/s320/stamps.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><br />Busy, busy, busy,..another update coming soon..</p>Ida Jadehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10221413938639641196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3624416018715064155.post-85747337192501829772010-04-02T21:27:00.000-07:002010-04-02T22:42:39.510-07:00Yowzaa!<div align="center">Okay I'm starting to freak out. Not really bad or anything just that wow it's coming so fast. We've all been working on so much. Watching it all come together is..is..well it's exciting. =) 119 days. Yowzaa!<br /><br />So the latest news? We have an officiant! Glen, a very close friend of my family who might as well be a godfather of me has got ordained for us and will be marrying us! We're so excited! When we couldn't find anyone that we could see marrying us we looked into having someone ordained. When we started thinking of who, Glen was the first person to come to mind. When he excepted, he got right on it. Yay!!<br /><br />Oo we booked a limo bus too! I haggled and got us a GREAT deal. When I started out quoting prices it was $1200 for 4 hrs. When they called back they dropped it to $1100, since we're "in they're backyard," and for the 2 hrs toward the end of the reception for a shuttle they quoted us for $600. I decided to call another place in Pittsburgh and they quoted us for $1070 for a shuttle bus (NOT a limo bus and it didn't inlcude champagne or a stocked bar like the other did). So from there I gave the other place a call back and she said she doubted she could do much else, but she would talk to her boss. When she called back she told us she didn't know why or how, but we're getting the NEW limo bus for all 6 hrs need for only $1200. So essentially we're getting 2 hrs for free. Woot!!<br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5455779568919491970" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 224px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 149px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMZCvOI8wTXE8DwsRJoM47mfIipsubeetZb20b4WWG4Cl9ZVX94DA2KEWOW9jTbUbvC8l0CQShLjdWPW5oOw80MyEjKF0yadsPKCADG6mryMStnyFo4Z0JaEhwSFFNUWbKmAddRWsZvwg/s320/1.jpg" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5455779570917621746" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 224px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 149px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9VdmCzPT8a_ks6UYzdhqn9JbDSkwEzY0rkuRrqphKo0BD0GNgJ4OW_PPR6VU1xEksZhlhPr1xsst_uSuukrX1rZjfVp_BxlY64PTlWowZSGXiqKmss42ZaN57ZCEaQkMuloMvEzBsSRY/s320/2.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">Love the inside of it! I think our wedding party and guests are going to love it too!<br /><br /></span>While up in PA a few weeks ago Josh got fitted for his tux! and so did Ryan. While we were there a mother was coming in to pick up her son's ringbearer tux for a wedding the next day and I couldn't help but think that'll be all of us shortly. It was like..wow, this is really happening. We got the tux info sent out to everyone and this weekend when we go up for Easter I'm taking my dad and grandpap to get fitted for their tuxes. So exciting!!<br /><br />Oo I ordered Josh's wedding gift too! He's going to LOVE it..so hard keeping it from him though.<br /><br />Designed and ordered our guestbook..it arrived yesterday. It's soooo nice!<br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5455779037437528418" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYjHOfhS1S9Np4soiYfVYYl2gK4h-uNxihWa95vNQstlY2s-2qGQSJAQOrapMOYtPuq9FJ7TlEbY0K-f48ivtErX9WjHZ_nZZU4z3i9HmILGWnRIcdj16tIaBWYUzJga9usyRAPnNzgEA/s320/105_0055.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5455779045862650674" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 141px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVEVHHwMRbkYmhyphenhyphen_GToEyn7XwxRmTgjJtamhYh55GCveDraUQZznyvY3-zB_-x9dbdleputqHo7FC701PKtcmy_UNqCBE6KmFhO5rYX6ld0EgdUf8cqrJBMCEpph31Ar6GhvQhpkobQB8/s320/105_0059.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5455779565451687394" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 230px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiBmsQ9Kk2o7mToQnYXd47CLwjMtFXyiB01MEv_hky8_C3OOuWHv1A6jfjXKGsxrlpNCekSkK31nQgM9-aIKSn5skbGy-nl7wkSTmMw8DBr_uHZGIzlLecDVOgfhE0-dtn497hKcXxgy8/s320/105_0065.JPG" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">The front and just a few pages of the guest book, yay!<br /></span><br />Today on the knot Ashley O. posted about customizable stamps and an unbelievable deal. $10 off, $10 credit, and they ended up being less than what they would be to buy regular stamps at the post office, even with shipping and handling. Wooooo!!<br /><br />I finally got the table runners all cut out and 5 of them are sewn. 23 to go. I think they're a bigger pain then the cranes, haha!<br /><br />We've been working on the escort cards lately too. Our wedding day is going to be here before we even know it. I'm keeping a good pace though (in my own opinion), so hopefully all DIY projects I want to do will get done.<br /><br />From the 22-26 I visited PA. Josh could only come up for a little over a day since he had to work Sunday, but I got SO much done.<br /><br /><strong><u>Bridesmaid Dresses/Girls Day</u></strong><br /><br />That Saturday 4/6 of my bridesmaids, my mom, Josh's mom, my moms best friend, and I went dress shopping.<br /><br />First, we had lunch together at the Pizza Hut in New Stanton. It was a good place to meet up and this way we only had to take 2 vehicles. It was nice to see everyone getting along pretty easily and a good friendship/relationship built throughout the rest of the day.<br /><br />We then headed to the 1st shop and it was just a nightmare. I had called The Esquisite Bride in Murrysville ahead of time to see if they had a specific dress that we wanted to see and they were the only place in the area that said they did. When we go there though we found it to be crowded and then when we let the person at the front desk know we had an appointment they rushed us upstairs and pushed us aside. We looked around a bit, but there was little to no room with all the people there. We waited and we waited and when no one came to help us after about 10-15 minutes we approached a sales associate on our own, explained to them the situation, and they went to look up THE dress. When the sales associate comes back she tells us that they don't even have the dress in their system! Wow. Just wow. I've said it before early in the planning, but I REALLY hate being lied to. So as we left there in an instant my mother let them and the rest of their customers have a few words and we stormed out. Can you blame us though?!<br /><br />So we left there and headed to our 2nd appointment, Davids Bridal. Now I've heard SO many good and bad reviews of DB; however, one of the good ones have been the one in our area. We explained to them the horror story we had experienced and even though they were really busy they made me and the rest of the girls feel special. I had called ahead of time and told them about my dress and how I purchased it for $50 at a goodwill that was donated by them and they were more than happy to accomadate us. All I wanted was to put it on all together with my veil, shoes, and necklace and see it with the girls' dresses once they picked it out. They we're so nice and couldn't believe the deal I got on the dress. As we waited for a dressing room to open up (we were an hour early) we looked at some dresses and their catalog. We found a dress that everyone loved and then realized that it would not come in either of the wedding colors or color that in anyway came close to the colors. Boo. So we kept looking.<br /><br />The first dress that Aleece, future sister in law/Maid of Honor, put on is the one she's actually going to get. It looks fantastic on her! Here it is, only it'll be in "Holly" (close to our Emerald Green).<br /><br /></div><div align="center"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5433545178744560562" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiLkUX8nhhdKDpJschGkZaJmxRXfpKw7px81-U2z8IB9zg8sILR5Lk13Yx3CQg5v_E6ipsz7JX_e7zDkSN0NT2kadqU77Xid3ZKYKwsCLaisXjYiELnav8AvmX-9twtbChzCjpjdK736Zs/s320/mohdress.jpg" border="0" /><br />Although everyone seemed to like this dress they kept looking and tried on another dress. While they were changing my mom was helping me into my wedding dress. Just when I was about done the past theknot.com bride met up with us here and Rochelle, FMIL, purchased life like faux floral calla lillies and petals from her. She was so nice and it was really a great deal. When I came out the girls were just so in love with this dress, how could I tell them no, I loved it too! So we decided MOH would be in a different color and style (same fabric though) and the bms would be in pink. They both have pockets too, which they all love.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5433546663613765426" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgV_79rBZnbC-TX4LbRlWlAKNQGYtfcKHNAQJREIhOLxPkj9My2QG1ZUxMP2VeUFD8cS-3umyk4F-fz0wIbjpwAINF5ityonP5ixpu6MiNTSWoUky90PYgRa6mqoVAxloymXv5Mf279h2g/s320/bmdress1.jpg" border="0" /> <span style="font-size:85%;">Alexis is holding a few of the faux callas we purchased<br /><br /></span><span style="font-size:100%;">Just when we were about to leave we convinced my mom to try on dresses. The first one we all really liked, but we convinced her to try the next and Oo my! It's BEAUTIFUL on her! Absolutely stunning! =) She was upset since she wasn't able to buy it then and there so Aleece and I with the convincing of moms best friend, Suzy, went and put the dress on lay away without her knowing. Between Aleece, Suzy, and I we'll have it paid off in no time! So worth it to see my mom's reaction and know she'll feel good too on the big day. =)<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5433549473938707058" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-0DmrZCxZHQL8sGK54WQU5liN2jK3MZgSl1BPUSrYkGs5LJw4l9Jx1cJ_4ra7ZMsk0gOTlwvkw-hs_a1ipcrVlcLJAvSCt0beu-8ftD5hzaTKoAOySCalVvAi08y121aN1WtNJhrHeCY/s320/mobdress2.jpg" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5433549465472403810" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiuFwVU2B8U4-N7C9FClFti9iYgzt6MDDkmc1PQs3Ms0GpyMHS39aXM1MINQND4R7Lm0GSCSPPukHnEUpHprJoV_ua3y8lltH15jm0UDospXgX2k6Izmo4Uuw-5r6wXWDAumdbG2LSfvu4/s320/mobdress1.jpg" border="0" /><br />After a very satisfying trip to David's Bridal we headed over next door to Men's Warehouse, where we had yet again another pleasant experience. I'm guessing it had been awhile since they had that many women in the store, haha, but it really was a good time. I'm pretty sure we got it all figured out for the men.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5434476430751954130" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 190px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTlWZQQD0yr55oOOkUpaLCURaqUxq2Nanc7W5tPEbJebw_PABVbtnWIDHmvL8uU6PAfnygWWjcI-zUcgyybfhxoP4peeU5MOedNtYBmjgfpn0zO7YHpTGaqzUSlr6dbucvdrKBQgAeQLY/s320/Josh.jpg" border="0" /></span> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">We're 99.99% sure Josh will be wearing this. =)</span><br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5434476418542691282" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 194px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhL27I1unIipRb8m3korOCDh_hGx4swduZFHWZ0IkUT-xDkPiRIECfEm2DN4egmzq3HqWCSTPZFifFWtqyjEoQBhj06LQISlOZwA03nzIbrFmK96d_Yo2PMwhtEbWwW7DxzLUJPDyAWrTU/s320/bm.jpg" border="0" /> <span style="font-size:85%;">Luke, Josh's best man, will be wearing this. Haha. Only the girls from the day we'll understand that. After MW, we went to CiCi's for dinner. It was a really good time and everyone enjoyed theirselves. I can say for the first time that day, I trully felt like a bride instead of just a planner. =) A great day, with great people.<br /></span><strong><u><br /><span style="font-size:100%;">Hair Trial<br /></span></u></strong><br /><span style="font-size:100%;">That night Aleece and I arranged for Nicole, their cousin, to come over and do a hair trial with the both of us. It was great getting to see the both of them since it's been MONTHS since I've seen either of them.<br /><br />After all this I ended up going out with the same girls from the night before and a few other people to get some yummy wings at Dino's. It was a post-bday celebration for Alexis, who turned 16. We were there fore about 3 hours..as before a wonderful time. Aleece even wrote each of them a letter that I wasn't able to read..boo that, but it's great that they are all becoming so close. =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Caterer<br /><br /></u></strong>The next day was pretty much strictly wedding business. I headed to our Caterer's location and took her my deposit. We talked for a bit and I'm so excited to have them on the big day. They're so passionate about their work. =)<br /><br /><strong><u>Holiday Inn Express<br /><br /></u></strong>From there I head to the local hotel that is only 1.7 miles from the reception location and 13 miles from the ceremony site. After talking to them I blocked of 25 rooms (15 Double Beds, 6 Kings, 2 Double Bed Smoking, and 2 King Smoking). I might call and block a few more. After that I decided to book our room. We're getting a King Jacuzzi Room, there was a room that was a "suite;" however, it was $30 more and only because it's 2 rooms and had a fridge and microwave. No thank you! Ahh, I'm so excited! =)<br /><br />I believe we're going to see about arranging a shuttle from the reception to the hotel from 11pm - 1am. That way we don't have anyone even thinking about drinking and driving. I'll have to get on that and quote some limo services soon.<br /><br /><strong><u>More Fake Flowers<br /><br /></u></strong>I found more flowers on craigslist from someone in PA, so I went to pick those up. 57 fake calla lillies. =)<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5434494089113360674" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2G5p6bOxHuWxHW30FYfW2Yaf6V9AGLmmSsUfQhB1WU-tYsjsAaD6cXDq-ciQeoqqEG5J8eQMX9OoAEn9SwDm1ni-6TeaWRNemN319iEO3f3qpHpA_5I9FVYEUr4Lj5CBg5b9Rk_z8Np8/s320/callas.jpg" border="0" /></p><p align="center"><br />This was the most productive visit yet. In no particular order...<br /><br /><strong><u>New Apartment</u></strong><br />Well since the last update we've moved into our apartment in Hamilton and simply love it. We've made it our own and the landlord and her kids are great. The area is really nice too. Josh is only about 30 minutes from work here and I have a job in Landsdown (about 15 minutes away) at Emilo's Brick Oven Pizza. I really enjoy working there. This past month even with Christmas we were able to save over $1000. It feels so good to finally be putting in the savings account. =)<br /><br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423501867228930962" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVM-epTkgL4WsimCy5ewEg9tD6wdWerpmf1WRJMBjKZ_Rg46rZjZTmtlcGPWeMQrTWY1nmwmcfXRaUfbNmwsO5hsoJCJI3FHGANwTDreNireEupqntVa9i4jynTDlRVsfgxHcA-EQV5Ck/s320/103_2228.JPG" border="0" /></div><p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">One of the first days in our new apartment<br /></span><br /><strong><u>DIY Items Purchased</u></strong><br />So with this money I've made a few purchases. I ordered some more of the items I'll need for the 26 total DIY projects I'll be doing. All of the chinese take out boxes, ribbon, and fabric I need to make the escort/table cards/favor boxes, invites and other paper products, as well as the table runners. It's been great benig able to make a few purchases and not worry about where the money is coming.<br /><br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423495461793796274" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD0AaK9Pf6O4UbQaNSTRyrA0p_mPVacQQOZkWUoDk6N_XKvTGh28Q6t4kdN9iQ34aqnpAKeLaolH-6U4dsXqO8jIZYQF57Fnx-X4R6Vhb8cc_Kkk8KSPc4Cq07lNpb2gaFC6IRHrfgsSY/s320/103_3012.JPG" border="0" /><br /><span style="font-size:85%;">16 cent Chinese Takeout Boxes..can't beat that =)<br /></span><br /><strong><u>Fake Flowers & Petals</u></strong><br />Now since we plan to use petals to line the isle and to do so without leaving anything behind I plan to string them on fishing line and attach the ends to dial rods that we'll stick down into the ground. And we're now going to use them for some of the centerpieces. So I put an ad on the Trash to Treasure board and got a few responses. I ordered 500 pink/white petals for $4.00 including shipping. And now another bride getting married March 20 offered me 2,400 petals (pink & white) for $20.00 including shipping. Can't beat that. I think I'll still need more, but we'll see. I recently asked Josh's cousin (groomsman), Jason, to measure the length of the "isle" on the island so I could get a rough estimate of how many I'll need. We strung a few and it looks like 10 petals/ft is what we'll go with. Also on the flower front I woman on craigslist back home in PA is selling me 50 Callalillies for $50. The ones she's selling are typically $3/stem..can't beat that. =)<br /><br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423498553576905778" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdXpZ0CCLpVELBUFvHbY4KQfk6D0p0y454oXyvdP2BS2BWTj_AkBzcWXLM1TLIFuaWThWJqGXI9gWD1qKH-y9yIj7aCIVr6ngx5EwyrZVAefoI0Mo8x1v_Y7o73h7FFG9mzhlHSk02zSg/s320/103_3013.JPG" border="0" /> <span style="font-size:85%;">500 petals<br /></span><br /><strong><u>Thanksgiving Break Wedding</u></strong><br />Since the last post we went to a wedding of a family friend that was held at the same reception hall we have. It was really nice and we had a great time. It made us really anxious. =) The same caterer we were planning to have was there as well and it acted as our "tasting". Everything was really good and Joshs parents even approved. We recently got a quote from them and it's about half price of everywhere else back home. Since they're new they're just trying to get their name out there. Sooo good though.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423501872306372930" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKswR4KI5TKkHRBZn9QcqQ5sUe9kukuvfLkuV-uD2z5DHPur1Yzv0jDCeEx0SbqUdp608JK4giPUrBevXE20d0bS0Ufmc1-WktWwdMfzlM3MQdiSFfotrma867iXcr1XUps3-hHIz2gX0/s320/103_2616.JPG" border="0" /><span style="font-size:85%;">Aleece caught the bouquet and Ryan caught the garter..she's going to punch someone if she doesn't get it at ours, I'm sure..hahaha<br /></span><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423501879849756002" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8tYTrBihQP5ue5mxjJjMvrFNV2ueZQ1ae9FDuk5sRHhHFSawtVJaGcZXUILowICiRrzqSGh_NyL9gCQV1-VXtH1tS-O_MeyTuLe_191x1DO5wE9y0NrEdwOx-HHQLPbZWi1mG4wwD2ZU/s320/103_2611.JPG" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423501884762151954" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 230px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJd_xNRj5ijqaJQdNR_ed7AQI56K-n_gw3LEp-Tmh5UzH9tOfAEeUi8Av-HuVxUA72oQGSqe0tCg-yeLF3IILZYzAW-OQZL_tWaGuSTTCG-K7c6MJcqWBz-qbsU66sfy_xIZDg_Au3w5A/s320/103_2649.JPG" border="0" /> <span style="font-size:85%;">Play some game that we were quite terrible at, haha<br /></span><br /><strong><u>Save The Dates</u></strong><br />All of the Save The Dates are now together too. Our baker went out of business, but luckily I have some connections. =) A girl i went to school with that graduated 2 years before me, Kim, does wedding cakes. She does a "fake" cake with sheet cakes in the back. A real cake on the bottom for us to cut though. They look really real too. Anyways she's only going to charge us for the supplies and what it costs to make it. Yay! If her wedding wasnt' the weekend after mine I would have offered to be her wedding day of coordinator or something. Oh well though.<br /><br /><strong><u>Wedding Day Necklace</u></strong><br />Oh I have my necklace for the big day now too! FMIL and FSIL and I went to a jewelry party and FMIL purchased this for me. Towards the end of this month we're going up to PA for a visit and we plan to get a few more things done. We really need to find an officiant, get the caterer their deposit, and sign the reception hall contract. Lots to do. Oh and I'll be going with my bridesmaids to look at dresses. I think I found one I'd really like to get for them, but we'll see what they all think first and go from there.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423496980665161538" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 212px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguvx1FANzSmf96qqbWc7GhY2-VW9hfdvwCrdNTm_xwXCZeBlzaD2Peyz4UpjLEl-aazPpwk3RXUsLzx4-gNg0tqrrB-o1Uu9zOzAmcnmg2ycALbxV213vNxQERvbNX4cY3SnOv3kGi6mc/s320/7244_l.jpg" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5423496974925522994" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 212px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNVl0DDgiOnaBe7xG5btF_33FWksDo9UDetjRFS1rakFkzdY2VN2Gd0W7pdnaMiF3wjI9Cxvx_vz_yvmz56W0YV_cJgKrqQNNP192fSFyfH9sAueVhUJalbVNVxlKCCH9QvlgVS0BSVJg/s320/7244_b.jpg" border="0" /><br />207 days. I can finally really get started on this DIY stuff. We also purchased the dial rods needed to make the crane disply..can't wait to get started on that.<br /><br />That's all for now. We move Sunday to our new apartment in Hamilton..so exciting!<br /><br /><br />295 days. Just a few days over 10 months and our wedding day will be here!<br /><br />Since my last post we've been busy, but not really booking much else. I figured out what all was needed for DIY things by researching and pricing everything to the best of my ability. I have the total (including stamps) to under $500. I'm pretty happy about that since it includes Invitations, Save the Dates, Thank You Cards, Escort Cards (chinese take out boxes), table runners, table numbers, programs, and more. Can't be that, or at least I don't think you can. I'll be making a few of those purchases later today.<br /><br />We've been making our dj payments digilantly and have now been to 2 Bridal Shows..we enjoyed both of them. Getting ideas and trying to win prizes we probably have no chance of winning. Haha!<br /><br />I have only a few more addresses to collect too. Josh just needs to get me the list he has at his locker at work. This is so exiting to me..a long journey to collect them all, haha!<br /><br />The cranes are nearly done..I have about 16 to go and then I can begin on the crane display. I can't wait to see how it turns out. We're thinking it'll be about 8 ft wide and 6ft long. I just can't wait to see the finished project. =)<br /><br />As far as a honeymoon we went to a travel agent last week, but since have decided to hold out on the extravagent vacation. We decided we're going to stay locally the night of the wedding, go to Pittsburgh the next night, stay there, and then head up to Erie, PA for a week or so. We love it up there so I think it'll be really really nice. It's cheaper for now too.<br /><br />Our plan now is..<br />1yr anni...Mexico or Carribbean<br />5yr anni...Hawaii<br />10yr anni...France<br /><br />Things could change, but I do hope we can stick to that.<br /><br />Sadly I have lost one of my bridesmaids and Josh has gained a groomsman. The former bm will still be at the wedding though. I do wish she could be by my side though. My MOH is now my FSIL, Aleece. I'm just loving that. =)<br /><br />Well I think that's about all I'll try and update more often.<br /><br />308 days.<br />I can't believe that!</div>Ida Jadehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10221413938639641196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3624416018715064155.post-35533621403987465582009-07-11T09:37:00.000-07:002009-07-11T10:14:21.973-07:00I Don't Like Being Lied To, But...<div align="center">So I haven't updated in quite awhile, but we've been quite busy.</div><div align="center"><br /></div><div align="center">2 days ago in the mail I recieved our permit for the Ceremony Location we wanted. I.E. the title of this blog. The rude woman I had on the phone obviously lied to me. I'm so glad we stuck for it and went with it anyways. All they could do was tell us no, but they didn't. We have a permit for 330pm-530pm on Mammoth Island for July 31, 2010. So excited! I just know it's going to be beautiful with the white chairs and petals lining the isle. Nothing more, nothing less. Very simple and natural. =)</div><div align="center"><br />I called our DJ yesterday and made sure he got our deposit and we were "solid" in booking. We are. =) Set up to make easy payments for the next 11 months, so we're not taking it all out at once. It makes things a lot nicer.<br /><br />I finally got ahold of the friend I made in Accounting 2 semesters ago who does wedding videography. He sent me a sample in the mail and I must say I was blown away. I knew he was good, but I had no idea how professional he was! He's giving me a great deal too! =) I can't wait to have him there with us on our wedding day! His style is just perfect! And since we were orginally going to forgo a professinal videographer, I'm very excited! =)<br /><br />We finally figured out what we are going to do for our centerpieces. Even better it was Josh's brilliant idea. Each table will be different. We were gallivanting around Goodwill one day and saw a bunch of different vases, bowls, hurricane vases, and we decided that we would just do different ones for each table. I did a drawing of what the tables will look like (I have to upload it yet). Each table will have white tissue paper balls hanging fromt he ceiling at different heights from fishing line (so they look like they are floating)..above vision line..and then the table cloths will be white & I'm going to make Emerald Green table runners. Each centerpiece will be different in shape/design, but will include floating candles or tealights, silk wedding flowers, silk white petals, and water in one way or another.<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357249683848463314" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizTuCKafE6lUmdzuA8mVERXlS5C13JI4vLF3T6KSwMueI9hsJtDTwIT-zV8w3IgZA46yx7Zz8gRqrWxWNClJMILb3q2NAai15GQRs77UBeQs1pWdtjo35QbVCT1MaEhyOvvky0hEJyyLw/s320/13622073_475.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">We bought 15 "centerpieces" that day and got 5 more on another day..8 to go =)<br /></span><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357249683493391362" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-MsCW0X8fB2DNO8_ojCy0SlegOJn6i6waRmbl5HI0RrlYc8EX3QE4nUZfMVbuIPdix0zoFe4waAQ7GVuRZch3xjM3tSEvm3qDlmMwN_gfG7cXU8SSTjXsEgQMt9K-GxsrIDAe4LJw5o4/s320/13621373_475.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">One of the nifty "centerpieces" we found, stuff flowers inside & put water on top: I just love it =)<br /></span><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357249691260328818" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjlx7YbGMG0y8d6rUh-Gb6P8ZStX26WOx0a-oam2CB2W7kX0cMYIpfudqko1jvc99qMx6ltaIbyLiysHXNSBY4-tqESliSac6E2nHBIMQgZafx1YcPJF7XuoD7VndqZx1CNQ8OKvRtS2cI/s320/13621379_475.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">Josh had this great idea to turn some vases upside down to give them a completely different look</span></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357249682965266770" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjekv4Ea0BQMdqtw7tfh2-27mzGtrcEM7ld1ROm0r_rFFV18y4aqMJDpV9WYQ5B-BxfvIWKFMTOi8fHWPWkUzp47rSIXnKqbkZjLsBZ5cqt0rJo-SXSXAQDQCXaKxOo3wUWpMV-dMuHotg/s320/13621381_475.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">A few more of the "centerpieces" we got<br /></span><br />On another note I have 40% of the cranes done now! 400 down. 600 to go. I'm so glad I didn't order the night was going to. I was thinking I'd need 200+, but WHY would I need THAT much?! Because... I was thinking I would need one for every guest. Oh man, did I feel dumb. I only need one for every household, so that brought me down to less than 100. That number is ALOT better.'<br /><br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357249676641832322" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 185px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkzJ8zCslh6Z2ooGROC55O9sOArz2d_jTi_b3a6nFkpEdbMheB_i_gx4Lw3nlLx1HFGaPJljnT6JfRc4mYveWgT-vyjG78WTU7V12QEcS7XeuqogpMfjvdymiWWjeC8hWta3OtRJ4qsnQ/s320/livepreview.jpg" border="0" /><br /><br /><div align="center">The other day at work, I waited on this elderly couple for the second time in one week. Each time wanting to hear more about the wedding. Well the woman comes out and tells me that a close friend of theirs has a limo bus. Holds 24 people and is equipped with a bar inside. She said he doesn't do too many weddings or events unless for friends/family, but this bus was brand new a year ago. So they're going to get me information on it. The woman then leans over and whispers for some unknown reason (no one was around) that "We can probably get you deal ;)" Haha it was the cutest thing. So kind of excited about that, because we were probably going to for go the limo. Hmm...=)<br /><br />Yesterday, I worked on the wedding calendar my grandma got me (just a pocket one) and our address book, only about 30 more addresses to get. Not too bad. I also got out the yellow book and looked at different Caterer's to see if I could find anything different. Josh and I decided we're going to get on booking a Caterer as soon as we get back from the beach this weekend.<br /><br />I think I'm going to call the bakery today to set up a tasting as well as work on the bridesmaid newsletters I'm doing and some invitation/program wording.<br /><br />So as you can see we've been busy, busy, busy. Josh and I went out the reception hall the other day and talked about where certain tables will go. We're both just so excited. Everything's coming together already. =) </div>Ida Jadehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10221413938639641196noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3624416018715064155.post-19938100629479010132009-06-12T18:38:00.000-07:002009-06-12T20:57:39.175-07:00Getting This Wedding Underway<div align="center">My oh my! Josh and I have been very busy with wedding stuff.<br /><br />I'm finally getting better with the idea of July 31, 2010. As Josh pointed out, it's the end of the month and very rememberable. =)<br /><br />On Tuesday I did some researching, trying to find the vendors we want to check out. Josh's dad had suggested we look at R&R entertainment, so I did. This is the second time I've been met with..The date is booked. So no R&R. As I searched I came across a DJ I hadn't seen before. Entertainment Tonight. It's a family company who offer DJing, Photography, and Videography. Their website was quite impressive and even better, they we're available for our date. I got a quote for their "Gold Package" at $849 which includes 5 hours of service, Master of Ceremonies, Dance Floor Lighting, and a Pre-wedding consultation. I then called and talked to them briefly and asked them if they charged a traveling fee. The response I got was quite amusing, "Where are you at?" "Scottdale." "Oh no, we'd rather travel there rather than Pittsburgh any day!" Haha! I let them then know I'd be by in the next two days with my fiance to check them out.<br /><br />So Thursday came and Josh and I decided we wanted to get a few things done, wedding related, before we left to come back down to WV. We got on The Knot and looked around a few cakes since we were going to take a look at the new bakery in town. Josh pretty much designed the cake from there then. I was so proud. Here's what we came up with...<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5346651971076170146" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 310px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsy92rkdInu9ASCvCjFe-X2cn6SRMnz6fkAvsQaJKkw_nC5fZ2KGr27Tk9kVzKi68WJHfF6ZAGmhbofiPkzb7YXDMj3imOLtUi813r64UIw3PjjsEqEZ-f2ySclyUK9raWGACCyk9XHt8/s320/large_image.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">This design with emerald green and tea rose pink stripes instead<br /><br /></span><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5346651970880689698" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 207px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj2lmHWiuU75qq7hyphenhyphendZKePvQ7TwzwGzHHC0ffSW1TdKw9TN0TMA6cnLftn2_A4v4BxVVCBI9k-D0iNWv3QMk9w4djWGjaSs7x5eqX6kvoex6mMf2EoUbBytoHwbOaT8TARBgBhcoz91r1M/s320/12944610_475.jpg" border="0" /><span style="font-size:85%;">This style of cake (shape & size)<br /></span><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5346651974828052562" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 310px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCuSb-UAX4ofSWZ6ILrBTMRoP88GuHj78oZI4GBx8RaMaHR6guKwEypvNMVAkRr8bhtRwtw6qiEDt83RJ_v6ePsraO2XY-kQ2sX3n9I22tRWkqGeipBQjvucZScDkzc8CvnGwZ91mfOWc/s320/12944611_310.jpg" border="0" /><span style="font-size:85%;">With flowers inbetween the tiers like this (unsure what kind of flowers just yet though)<br /></span><br />So after figuring out excactly what we wanted, or near it anyway we walked to the bakery, One Good Cookie. I was excited when they opened up because it's the only local bakery that specializes in wedding cakes. We walked in and talked to Kim, the one who will be doing the cake. After a small consultation and her telling us of her background (25+ years in wedding cakes) she let us know that they were opening the other side of the store for brides only. Now all we need to do is figure out when we'll be up there and schedule a tasting with her to make sure it's where we want to get our cake from. She charges $1.60 flat per slice and $1.80 if there is a filling. Not bad. Her delivery/set up fee is then only $25.<br /><br />From there we then decided after while that we were going to talk to this DJ and see if he was any good. It's about a 45 minute drive, which didn't seem long at all. The business is set up in house kind of and it was very "homey" feeling. We both really liked that. In our "meeting" we got to sit on this really comfy couch too, it was really nice. We let him know right off the bat that we were musically inclined (I'm a dancer and Josh plays guitar), so he didn't "dumb" down any of the terminology, which was great. He was very energetic and passionate about his work, that was obvious. From a coupon I had then took us down to $799 for the Gold Package. We then asked him if he could add more time and he said normally it's $75/half hour but he'd do 6 hours for $849. Sweet! After talking for awhile longer he began telling us about the uplights they now offer to set up around your reception venue and put a "colored" light up on the wall, creating a different feel to the room. Which is suppose to be $300. This is what I've been looking into getting for our fantastic head table display we're doing. After explaining to him that I'd only need 2 he told us that it'd be no problem to throw them in the car and since it's only 2 he'd include them in the $849. Can't beat that! I'm really excited about this guy. We let him know too that we're non traditional and I think he's even going to do some beat mixing towards the end of the night (more of cluby djing style that blends from one song to another)...Josh and I's favorite. We're really excited about this. Can't wait to send in our deposit. I should do that tomorrow.</p><div align="center">So we're getting more and more done. Which I couldn't be happier about. Josh says I was "glowing" all day. Which I'm sure I was.<br /><br />The guest list is pretty much finalized now too. Woot!<br /><br />Oh and in the past 2 1/2 days I've folded 137 cranes! =O Yay! Over 20% done with the 1000 goal.<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5346651966757433714" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbijCqI0cR00f6KVXVc7hJI0JdnFc9_yitr8NzRUaJ3ppVuBxqfFDQ5z69flD-Jck6lgBXCeRJGSVzm90iYtt9qz-MIfqsm82V1ngQ9Bpe01mxw504ei-Va0sjGaYSJABz2PFLhB9xCyU/s320/jdf;aijdf.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">This is only 122 of them..I folded 15 more later<br /></span><br />Oo and on a Non Wedding Related (NWR) topic: The Pens won the Stanely Cup! =D Woot! Working on updating our website with the pictures of the ceremony location when Aleece calls me. I have been asking Josh to book the Firemen's Club for months now and he finally called last Tuesday. He then saw the guy he left a message for and he said his number had been cut off in the number he had left. Aleece was out at the club today and asked to look at the books. The 24th is booked and NOT by us. =( I was/am? so upset. She let me know then that the 3rd and 31st are open. Well the 3rd is a holiday weekend and the 31st hmm? I just don't know.<br /><br />I contacted Josh via text and I don't think he realizes how upset I am, though he is too. We both are unable to think of another location for the price or that can accomodate the amount of guests we are inviting so...alas, reluctantly we are moving the date to the 31st.<br /><br />July 31st, 2010.<br />It's going to take a bit to get used to.<br /><br />It's just a day though and though July 24, 2010 was VERY special to us, it's OUR WEDDING DAY and whatever day it is will be just as special<3></div>Ida Jadehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10221413938639641196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3624416018715064155.post-49838395473129918972009-06-03T08:33:00.000-07:002009-06-03T08:47:48.946-07:00Behind the Scenes<div align="center">Most of what Josh and I have been working on the wedding in the past week or so have been the "behind the scenes" work that usually goes unnoticed. Between the both of us we've been avidly working on our guestlist finalizations and collecting address/phone numbers and names of significant others we are unsure of. I recently gave my mom a list of people to work on that she could get for us and we need to give Josh's mom hers, but besides that I think we have at least 75-80% of the address book I've created done.<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5343127565135377810" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHTx-aGvgtoxWyJwskylRSoaxwt_GI52JxWPo7yPzlWrYgoNsBGZz2RV2Yh02BXlXsvXQzr-1q0FM4qFlxB_29cgvWWyw8oDwO-vTDY6hl2w1Ji2oG5pn1dtS_33Km-u5ws6rhG88OaeA/s320/address+book.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">The address book</span></p><div align="center">This past Friday before driving up to PA I stopped at the mailbox, anxious to see if our Save The Dates had arrived. I'm just so worried that being a summer wedding and a pretty popular date it could possibly be booked if we don't jump on it now. I'll feel so much better about it once it is. I really hope he calls him back soon.</p><div align="center">Other than that we really haven't "worked" on too much. We've talked about the wedding though and discussed more ideas. Mom, dad, Gram, and Homer had decided to stop at the Flea Market down the road from us and we opted to stop in too. I had already found 1 vase/bowl for our cookie buffet (for the custom made fortune cookies we are having), so we kept our eyes open for more. I was looking at one at a table listed for $2 and as I started to walk away the woman said she'd take half. So we picked another one up for $1. Along the way we found one more we really liked and got it for just $2.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5340215591046695538" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxmlv2a1cgJPCMCkX3SJ8-qzRjpI9CJ9SdV18WrXpkSIQw9yl7BlUzSxhRyA7-3GRw6aGfyUEgn6kK8cH_blkflQbHT6CKE0E3agvhwnWXXAk8BsgXadroWVc2ZNFhkeLX5cha3uGXg_g/s320/bowl3.jpg" border="0" /><span style="font-size:85%;">The second $1 vase we've purchased =)<br /></span><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5340215589233110930" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbzkY5C-oaZWMuYuSalTRViF1wOaUFAOptrmcQGx6gFTH_Gt2VV1ajfeuzQ6-cI9swsSzJFPdCEC1tr1euu06cWbzaYNMT1zSSigxnyo7gNINj8kwlj8bwfI38EFAaDNlziyJQX25UBSc/s320/bowl2.jpg" border="0" /><span style="font-size:85%;">The $2 bowl =)<br /></span><br />What I love about that Flea Market is that it's always different, the seller's are always changing and it's not repeatitive like most are nowadays. Afterwards we went to the mall and walked around a little bit. I saw this shirt at Spencers and I just love it. Since it's of course "non-traditional." I'm thinking I could maybe have it made at my old work place for the Bachelorette Party? Yes I bought it wayyy early, but it was $50, beautiful, and fit me near perfectly. I've since lost weight and it fits more perfect than it did before now.<br /><br />I've been searching high and low for a veil, headpiece, shoes, and jewelry that I like. The shoes have been the hardest. I haven't found even one pair I was really happy with and just wanted to buy right away.<br /><br />Yesterday, I was visiting my mom and dad in PA when my mother tells me she just bought 4 pairs of heels at Payless for $32 the other day. Holy cow. She's not one to wear heels so I just had to see. The first pair she showed me my mouth just dropped. I've been looking for a wedding shoe for soooo long and have seen nothing I really liked. I don't know why but I just love these and she paid $8 for them. So they are now my "something borrowed." =)<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5338316316706172850" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIKdEE2_rr_IjRkmov47e0KNQ9sh76c2vIdUeSXeam_rP4mgBUIXBqIDY6coAP9-yOWM9S1XxR_lIHqtD1nP8SisAfPQ4Mep_1TLdV7q-QbrrBXO4_BfYsllJsecgvmrEv2vzjCnr87YY/s320/weddingshoe1.jpg" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5338316319485060914" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjfmCL3QCZjJfpkpwEwEmlH12NPPlRcTbO4hiojZpQqIexR5YWeY5jxBTMZAOEb034pqsDsBXXwWK6lhK7UHW9uN0UugPZCiz6xlI7ErLkOVtOyeyc5YvwL-rCU-mm_IahZ1NRWZ1YKkKs/s320/weddingshoe2.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><br />Now as to that tradition of "Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue," this is what I have so far:<br /><br /><em>Something Old</em>: ???<br /><em>Something New</em>: My Dress of Course! =)<br /><em>Something Borrowed</em>: Mom's Shoes<br /><em><span style="color:#33ccff;">Something Blue</span></em>: I don't want to do the "typical" garter so I'm thinking of stealing this idea one knottie had<br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5338317719625463698" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 249px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 241px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihKBI-LFZzY3g23fcwE02Ri-4F5BgvDkSvQD1lbMpsT9ZtfxnmjGBHcNWI8FT9aWsjxHY-BKy5BtuqUUJjTjqIZsM5uTR9pfyVzAcXnl2gXj7yfFRCfR8jiL1rVegvWyKX_RZFZtSRZ4k/s320/13045602_249.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">This was the bride's new intials..I just think it's a cute fun little detail and non traditional so this is a definite possibly, though I'm still open to ideas</span></p><p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;"><span style="font-size:130%;">I'm at a loss of what to do for Something Old though. Woot! From there in only took about 15 minutes to complete and I decided to add the date to the tree as well. I'm really happy with how it turned out. =)<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337551376811936642" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhA_ZN6jqWkTv5FJS4Wu2DQJ7zkhwCx-C-RpmvocbaZY8HvlT78J_ZC9aEFspUFp8V70MtpQaHWru3wuCVOhxaZxAIC6JuvNVYu4XbVZpctlc48crjE9dAQ-xTxpUpp2lCJITmjeb3bw3k/s400/Save+the+Date+Complete.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><br />Okay so I played around with it just a little bit more and got it to the fit the demensions needed to upload it on VistaPrint. I've now ordered 50 magnets. I started out getting 25 and was only paying $5 for shipping and then at then end of the order they offered another 25 for only $5 more. Which if I would have orginally just got 50 it would have been $15 with shipping. So I saved $5. Not too bad. Especially because the before sale price is $22 for 25! Yay for a good deal. I can now keep the image saved on the site and when they do promotions like this order to save so much more money and since the wedding is over a year away I don't need them all at once. Woot for bargain shopping! ;)<br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337580677418460850" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 231px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg5EJX4y-5FjymmvrSDybhVyckskUUy7BSid6VEF53UGp0CivoGHfN5AzOlc5jUA-xVqkXOIL33tJFFcDBtJoE3KGQBI-sxwI5TgnqRAPZkaQm__1ZdeEW0X2KVjZC4VqhYWAjvl6StYpQ/s400/STD+COMPLETED5.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">The finished product: I had to add more around the edges so no wording or hearts get cut off when they are made.</span></p>Ida Jadehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10221413938639641196noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3624416018715064155.post-87853033259094144342009-05-18T21:04:00.000-07:002009-05-18T22:19:43.793-07:00The 1st of Many Posts in the Next 14+ Months...<div align="center">I'm going to try and keep up with this as much as I possibly can. I want to share with the wedding party and some family as well as friends what's going on to make this wedding happen. =)<br /><br />Well I belive I accomplished a few things wedding related today. That's always a plus. =)<br /><br />I called Mammoth Park today (are #1 Ceremony Location Choice). It was quite stressful and I'm sort of worried we might not be able to get married where we had wanted to.<br /><br />At Mammoth there is a "penninsula" on the lake and we were hoping to be married there surrounded by the water and the gorgeousness of the lake/park.<br /><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337392717706635074" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 255px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinL7SzvkiQ8PkKTAwVuyATJcDy2-H0MuXJhTA2qCSNKJs0p_66oP-8N-mAi_IKXvPY2cAiYfMuROYe3Z5ihlNzLQ8W5OC6T5Q5Eb7FBFMQywbbJHLKWe_j6PxOCBKVfuN2yYdpIb0-ui0/s320/ceremony+location.JPG" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">A quick drawing on paint of the ceremony location we want<br /></span><br />1. I called the number they have listed for questions and was greeted by a very kind/friendly woman who informed me that I wouldn't be able to send in for the "special" permit until the 1st of July, but the date would definitely be available. I then started to ask her some other questions of which she wasn't sure of the answer and told me to call back after 2pm, when the reservationist would be back from her lunch.<br /><br />2. 2pm rolled around and I picked up and dialed the phone. The nice woman answered the phone again and told me I would have to hold a few minutes because the reservationist was on the other line. Next thing I know I'm being gretted by a very rude and abrupt woman. "Hello." Not how can I help you or anything! I waited for her to say something else and she didn't. I then explained why I was calling and she asked me when the wedding was and I told her July 2010. She then cut me off before I even got to explain anything and was like "I can't do anything for you, you don't book until at the most a year before here." So I then had to explain that I knew all of this already because I had talked to the "nice" woman. "Okay? So what do you want?" You'd really think she could have been nicer.<br /><br />3. The place we wanted to get married. "The Penninsula" is according to her (and I have half the mind to not believe her) off limits for weddings and there are only 2 places you can be married at.<br /><br />Now I was quite upset and didn't even think about calling back to complain so I plan to do that tomorrow. There is no reason to be THAT rude. I mean yes, people have bad days, but wow. I later found on the permit "application" a place for "Site Requests" in the park and "Special Requests." So we we are still going to try for the pennisula and if we get denied we still have year+ to continue the search for another "perfect" location. I do really hope this all works out though.<br /><br />Throughout the day then I worked on our design for the Save the Dates we're going to be sending out. I plan to have them made into small magnets (maybe business card sized). I'm still not happy with the font on the tree and I'm currently looking for font that looks "carved," but it's "in the making" still. I really like them though, they designed theirselves practically. I started with picture, added the calendar, found the hearts, changed the colors to ours, and it just took off from there. Hopefully they'll come out as nice as I'm hoping for. I'll probably order them through Vista print in increments so that I can maybe just get them for shipping costs. Woot woot!<br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337396626999441586" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGlPY3GuPhU9ZBj7HhbsqSW7eVHo3-n7j-pVCDH1_zFI1A_IKPdYbpfTbL49oUsG9bKwNmbEtYgYIze-IwtMRZ3hlu-o1uaf19UaOlh-rbgy9MtUc0LyIkdApoU1leSCqKOtodOwWVCOo/s320/Save+The+Date.JPG" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">Here it is! =)<br /></span><br />On another note I've made progress with the origami cranes I'm doing for the reception head table decoration. I have 12 more green ones to do and I'll have the 76 I need to make my design. Then all I need is 924 white ones! Haha! I'm behind on my "2 a day" I was trying for, but I'll catch up. Right now I'll have to do 2.13889 in order to finish by the day of the wedding. It's nice when we go on trips though I fold them like a maniac in the car. Haha! I better order the white paper here soon too.If you're confused click on the picture at the top left of the blog and it will bring up our wedding website. I explain what they are and what I'm doing with them on there.<br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337396625055504434" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 296px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-BzGepNEez3yai9FRkCCOLGJJvk1uKP76IE8wXx-sdAjz_hknH26gxTGUxy1PGLulNAqF79tS8Z9Ayxd2gOVO2mRhzOqbTWecFXnMz1iYi_QsX_nY_AuqXekKcdQ7GsvFIsSnvZzPwHg/s320/13045600_442.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">My 1st Crane<br /></span><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337396624790698802" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 273px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwOr9NPciPbZn376EV-XvZdxmALVD013ZIMvaJxPjKy8txvfDPAdzMmmtHl550GV71eaTBnrS8IRoioYzc6iVxUjOigVxYa2T5LOwI_gHW0Gcplz1AgApQaxyR6WpeJrU5dA67RzO9zvQ/s320/13045601_437.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">Josh's 1st & only completed Crane ;)</span><br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337397857085854786" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 308px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6YqmHpoX5OVV15psIbIbTnFdpw-KA3OIvEvi5qv0yWgfv-YMsjq6obzcOZUlJeRcE4DicbMzWlg9Y2RYMmFDVBn1n_FzMVpJdysU702D3oV0yJ-OjvHm85JDewmUMeYjrgA_AD997Epk/s320/12966465_475.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">They're going to hang kind of like this<br /></span><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337396620164237874" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 271px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFWFv-R_OfckE0F5ZwCZdjI-myQi8h6Uiee5TVxa6_LsKfzCTFZeQvwTnezj_BsbOJH3mhBnJe0Ye6h5E8pcpDpolirFNts1UKrKSEtyHOMJ_hKYtVH4ATfFdNDKa5xdhK4KePpQBJuDA/s320/12966415_475.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">The design for the cranes</span><br /><br /></p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5337396615356630850" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGhxo3S4KnYy81RHP0aEaSIW2Kfr1c3B6pkSQ8jXgV0hPDdP6sdjISdkJoLUcA7GfGgbds3ZlHyph1vNLOPo_P0QD19fPzTqWdds12-USBL2xcSplizu11vzENZ9T1C4QsI7NTmdCiCLc/s320/GetAttachment.jpg" border="0" /> <p align="center"><span style="font-size:85%;">Just some of the cranes I have done in the glass bowl thing I bought at a flea market for $1 for the cookie buffet we're doing =)<br /></span><br />I believe that's all for now.
